How to begin!
After 101 false starts I have decided to jump in and just "Do it!"
Have absolutely no idea what am doing and will be very surprised if I can even get back in to this blog once I have logged out. I am hoping that recording goals, thoughts, and ideas might stop me procrastinating the rest of my life away.I have an image of a prettily decorated blog with a list of all my magnificant acheivements, finished projects and of course lots of photos.At the moment I can't find my camera so photos are going to have to wait, as will the pretty decorations or whatever you call them.
Goals to achieve by 60.
1. Lose weight.I could probably lose 30 kilos and still look comfortable but as my reasons for losing weight have changed dramatically I have decided not to decide on a goal weight and see where healthy eating a maybe (horrors) some exercise take me.
I first started the diet thingy after my 1st son was born 28years ago. I successfully lost the weight I gained during pregnancy and would like to say I've never looked back.Unfortunately if I look back all I can see is my enormous backside trying to take over the world. 28 years ago it was vanity that put me on a diet, now as my heart and my knees are having a competition to see who see who can pack it in first the situation is more dire.I have been so good today of course as its the first day . My main goal is to eat at least 5 serves of vegetables and 2 of fruit daily with a little bit of protein and enough calcium thrown in. As one of my other goals( which I will go into in more detail later) is to get my house sorted I had better get on with it and stop waffling on here.
